Hi, I'm Lola, a certified personal trainer and functional movement coach based in Frankfurt am Main, Nordend. With a lifelong passion for sports—ranging from ice hockey and swimming to surfing, horseback riding, bodybuilding, and soccer—I've always been driven by performance and pushing my physical limits.

However, it was a series of knee injuries and surgeries that led me to discover the transformative power of weightlifting. Through consistent training, I regained strength in my knees that I once thought was impossible. This experience didn’t just transform my body—it also taught me the importance of mindful training. It’s not just about working harder, it’s about training smarter, with intention and awareness. This approach helped me rebuild, strengthen, and empower myself, and it’s the same mindset I bring to every client I work with.

As a certified personal trainer, functional trainer, and pelvic floor specialist, I understand that fitness is about more than just strength—it’s about approaching each workout with focus, balance, and mindfulness. Whether you're recovering from an injury, navigating life as a new mom, or balancing a busy life, I help you create a fitness routine that fits your needs—without overwhelming you.

Since becoming a mother in 2024, I've gained a deeper understanding of the challenges women face—whether it's juggling work, family, or recovery from pregnancy and childbirth. Helping new moms overcome these obstacles, especially around pelvic floor health, is something I’m deeply passionate about. And, through mindful training, I can help you reconnect with your body, improve your strength, and regain control, even in the busiest of times.

I specialize in 1-on-1 personal training and offer customized fitness programs designed to meet your unique goals. Whether you're looking for more flexibility, I also offer small group workouts and online coaching, so you can work out at your own pace, on your own terms.
